I consider my meeting with Tom Fronek, one of Divine Intervention. July of 2015, after waiting almost 3 months to get my refi completed with a ‘big bank’, I was at my wits end. During this time I’d had several marketing calls from other financial agencies and never answered them. However, my ‘patience line’ came one morning and I answered one such call from EC Financial. Within an hour I had my introduction to Tom; my hero. Right from the start, Tom fully understood my frustration with the ‘big bank’ and was actively working my refi immediately. A few adjectives I’d use for Tom during the process would be knowledgeable, understanding, calm demeanor, aggressive, humorous, patient, and proactive. Within two weeks Tom had successfully got my refi closed. I now am debt free, have a manageable payment, and a loan that’s done correctly. Throughout the whole time I felt Tom’s sincerity for my situation and developed a trust for him as if we were family. I can’t thank Tom enough! I will refer Tom to anyone needing loan/refi assistance.
